hi albert,
yes, vodafone said that they were putting on the latest version of talks for me but obviously they haven't. is it right what i heard that the c5 does not work the best if it's not the premium version. do you know if i could update it?

Hello Susan,
there are two types of Talks software, one is standard which you seem to have and the other is premium 5.01.1. 

did you get talks already installed on your phone when you purchased it?

thanks for that, the strange thing is that when we go in to the phone and go to about to get the version of talks, my husbands says talks and zooms premium 5.01.1, but mine only says talks 5.01.1, why do you think this is?
