Hi all,
When I am creating a database from scratch I can't get Jaws to read
out the headings such as field name, type and size. I am still able
to create the tables because I know the order they come in and the
tasks can be preformed it just doesn't read out the heading I am on.
The only way for me to know if I am unsure is to left arrow back to
the previous one and letting Jaws read what was entered in that
column.

Jaws not reading the column headings becomes a big problem when I am
creating a query because when I am in the query wizard it doesn't read
any information such as the field names, show, sort and criteria, yet
they read perfectly when I am creating a form using the wizard. The
only thing I can do at the moment is ask someone what field name I am
on and then I know the sort, show and criteria is to do with that
field name. I have done all the updates for jaws.

I must repeat this exam the end of August so any help is greatly appreciated.

Regards
Mairead
