Yes Francis, thought so alright as I remember reading the exact same piece 
about five years ago.  To the best of my knowledge, information and belief, 
Samsung have yet to deliver on their ideology, though there may be limited 
marketing demand and/
or technological reasons for this.  

As Braille users may know, there are a few ultra-expensive devces which, when 
connected to a mobile phone via bluetooth, enable users to read text messages 
in what I afectionately call Louis's code.  I've got one myself, a 
BrailleConnect 12, as per its number of cells, a nifty thing.

report from a few years ago. I saw July 5th on the webpage and assumed it was 
this year. So I don't know if that device ever took off. I'm not aware that it
