[vip_students] Backing Up Email Folders

Hi Folk,
Could Paul or anyone else please let me know how simply to back up folders
in OE?
I am not looking to know how to do a system back up but just folders in OE.
I lost my sent Items folder as I believe that it somehow got corrupted but
it reinvented itself but with all my sent items gone!
I did a 'find' in the OE edit menu but no luck in finding them; nothing too
critical lost thankfully!
Anyway, Any assist gratefully appreciated as always.
