Dear VI full members,
I'd like to announce You that SCI "Vitosha" is applying for organizing an
youth exchange for visually impaired youngsters in September, which will be
hosted in Sofia, Bulgaria. It's going to be a multilateral project of four
partners, including Bulgaria. We can offer just one free place for a
promoter from VI, because We have invited two other promoters from Cyprus
and Turkey. The title of the project is "Mobility team" and concerns the
independent and autonomous live of the visually impaired youth in our
countries. Each partner should send a group of 5 people (4 participants + a
group leader) three of which visually impaired or blind, aged between 18 and
25. Please, find description of the project enclosed. If You are interested
in taking part at the exchange, please refer to people in charge: Rumyana
and / or Georgi. You can find their e-mail addresses in the CC field of this
mail. They will also give You the Part III valid for 2012 and any other
information, related to the exchange You may be interested in. As We are
trying to apply for the deadline 1st February, We kindly ask You to contact
Rumi and Georgi as soon as possible but not later than 20th January.

The reason to invite two promoters out of VI is because the idea for this
exchange dates in the past but was not realized due to one reason or
another. At that time those new promoters were invited and were among the
most active and interested in the exchange to realize. We also want to
extend the geography of our partners' network
