Hi,
Would love to know if any sighted people on the list can comment on whether
any visual changes have been made to the site during the last couple of
days.
Seems like something happens every 5-10 seconds and this causes jaws to
pause speech.

Not having the problem you describe here at all Tim. Running Jfw7 and IE6.
One of the benefits of not upgrading!
However when I navigate to the homepage it takes JFW about 5 seconds to
kick-in. I've noticed this type of behaviour with other sites too in the
past.

Hi,
There's some sort of flash stuff going on which I think is causing the
problem. People experiencing the problem could try the following:
1. open the irish times site.
2. hit insert + shift + v to open the personalised settings dialogue
for just the irish time site.
3. arrow down until you reach
Flash movies recognized.
If this is 'on' hit space to turn it off.
Save changes and go back to the times site and see if this helps.
