I appreciate that this is a paid study but as such I believe they very much
underestimated the time required to do the set up therefore the pay is not
reflecting the amount of time involved. From a general time commitment
standpoint it’s important to get a more accurate estimate of time in the future
when set up steps are required for scheduling purposes.
I hope this feedback is appreciated and welcome. I think it’s important to be
upfront and give adequate feedback whenever possible.

It is best to do as much of the set up as possible in advance of your
session in order to keep that final session on time and efficient. However,
if you have difficulties with any of it on your own, or are simply uncertain
about any of it, you can work with the MITRE researchers to resolve it
during your study session with them.
A big "thank you" to all who are participating in this particular study. I
think it has turned out to be a bit more involved and challenging than it
was originally described, so we really, really appreciate all of you who see
it through to conclusion. It is truly important research, so what you
contribute will impact many persons who are blind or visually impaired when
it comes to accessing government websites and web portals in the future.
