Right. Most telephone systems now have voice prompts, so it's not as
common to have to enter numbers on the keypad. Of course, there are
some exceptions, but for the most part, it is possible to do
everything by voice now. I have thought about getting the phone
template, but I'm not sure whether that would get in the way of me
using braille screen input, something I use a lot. There are a couple
different layouts I think. One has a dot on each letter of the
keyboard; one has only f and j marked, there's the phone one, and
there's even a braille screen input layout. You can get them in either
clear or tempered glass. I got the clear plastic one. Not sure whether
the tempered glass would make a difference or not.

I can think of one instance where a little template may help; that is,
the telephone keypad, as long as the template is easy to remove and
attach. It can be hard to enter numbers fast enough. I rarely have to
do this, since so many things, where I might have had to use a telephone
menu system, are possible with apps or web sites.
