Hi, Marta.
This support page from Apple <https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/service/battery-power>confirms that the battery for your iPhone SE can still be replaced, if needed. If the phone is out of warranty or is no longer covered by Apple Care Plus the cost is $49.

Hello everybody:

Now that a new version of the IPhone SE is out, I’m wondering if I will be able
to get a new battery for the old SE that I have. I haven’t upgraded it, because
so far it does what I need it to do, and to work with the new updates. But I’m
concerned about not being able to get a battery for it should I need one. Does
anyone know if the batteries for the old SE have been discontinued?
