Hi Kerry. All good advice. I have found Peter's blog and twitter and
fb pages for Amazon accessibility in general and specific. But, if I
can figure out the formatting of email for Amazon, figure I would
crack the code for anyone! Working on that right now.

agents at eBay last week because I had some accessibility concerns. They
told me I couldn't speak to the developers but they would pass on my
feedback and send a report. Not content with that I did a little digging
and managed to come up with 4 people from the eBay accessibility team in the
US. eBay have been pretty focussed on making their US site accessible for
people with a vision impairment so I knew they must exist. Anyway, like I
said, I tracked two of them down, found their twitter names, tweeted at them
and had a response from one of them within minutes. We had an email
conversation that lasted a couple of days and stone me, they knew what they
were talking about, listened to what I had to say, shoed me how I could do
what I needed to do with NVDA (doesn't work with JAWS 15 though) and I was
all good to go. I've even offered to give them feedback re their eBay app
which is good for the most part and they are happy to take it. I'm sure if
you googled Peter Corn? I think that's his name you'll find him on social
media somewhere.
