[vi-kindle] battery life and wireless on kindle keyboard

I was using my kindle last night. I got a message saying low battery. It said
to turn off wireless when not in use to conserve battery life. Is this
something that I can do or should I just not worry about it? I got the kindle
Thursday and I got the message last night. 4 or so days isn't bad for a charge.
