It will tell you on the product page on amazon.com. If you scroll down to the
product details, along with things like number of pages, there will be info on
whether TTS is enabled.

Please tell me how to determine whether TTS is enabled when purchasing a
Kindle book. So often, I tend to assume that TTS is enabled, yet I know
that this is not always the case.
