You can also download the sample and see if the book is accessible. It's my
understanding all Kindle books are accessible when using Kindle for pc with
accessibility, the ios app when using voiceover and the Kindle fire when
using voice view.

Please tell me how to determine whether TTS is enabled when purchasing a
Kindle book. So often, I tend to assume that TTS is enabled, yet I know
that this is not always the case.
