[vi-kindle] Update on voice dream reader on the fire hd 8

I just received the following message from voice dream reader support:

Amazon has been rejecting the app on the Amazon store.   They are very vague as 
to why.   We've tried repeatedly to get the bottom of it, but they have 
completely unhelpful.
