I have both BARD mobile and voice dream reader on my ipad mini. Voice dream
reader is my favorite app. I've been told there are differences between the
Android version and the ios version.

Yes, I have the BARD Mobile app on my Fire. I also have Voice Dream
Reader, which I paid $9 for and use with Bookshare books. They both
work quite well.
