hi all. fyi. here are processor specs. note that the kindle fire 8"
has double the ram, but, the same processor.
as for sluggish, it has always taken awhile to load before unlock and
then for the apps to load on the home page. when opening an app there
is a lag time, but, i haven't thought that much a problem. anyway,
here are some specs.
kindle fire 8".
Quad-core 1.3 Ghz processor
1.5 GB RAM (50 percent more than previous tablet).
kindle fire 7".
1.3 GHz quad-core processor.
kindle fire 6".
quad-core processor up to 1.5 GHz.
not sure of the listening speed problem. i'll have to muck around.
