[vi-kindle] Is there a way to get KiEcho to start a book from the beginning

I was trying to read a Kindle book on the  echo. At first it claimed it 
couldn't find that book in Kindle. When I went into tha Alexa app on my Kindle 
and double-tapped it Alexa had to acknowledge that the book  was there. But 
alas! apparently I was at the end of the book. So Alexa would only read the 
page number and the last few words of the book. Is there a way to make it read 
from the beginning using the echo?
