I just purchased and downloaded my first Kindle book onto my Kindle Fire.
Ordering the book went seamlessly.
When I started reading the book, however, I started encountering problems.
When I tried to select a word in the book to look up, although I know that my
finger was on one of the characters within that word, I could not make a menu
pop up to do anything with the word in question. If I am not mistaken (and I
very well could be) there are special gestures for manipulating text in a
Kindle book. Someone on this list was kind enough to post that list, but I
accidentally deleted it.
Please, if someone could, would it be possible to post that list once again?
Or, could someone point me to a URL where I might find that list as well.
Since I am still having multilingual issues, looking at the help documentation
on my Kindle fire is, unfortunately, still an arduous process, and that is why
having that list in an e-mail posting might be best.
