Hi Michael. If you are looking for VOIC, then Facebook Messenger is
stellar. There is both a audio only option along with video. Of
course, your contact list only includes those friended on Facebook.
The Messenger app can be installed solo. You don't need to install the
Facebook app as well on your device.
There is BeMyEyes for both Android and IOS. I installed it on the
Fire, but, it requires a real phone call. The Fire cannot do that. At
least not yet.
Just wondering: As for using the iphone, what is your current method
as you allude in your response below.
