[vi-android] installing a ROM

Hi All,
I am still studying different ROMS for my Galaxy S3, before proceeding.
On one list, which I cannot get my messages to for some reason, ("eyes-free")
and yet I receive the messages, one person posted about OmniROM and Carbon, and
Quentin here posted about CyanogenMod.
I am hoping a screenreader user can inform me of which mods work with a
screenreader, during the install, and then after that, which of the mods work
best with TalkBack.
Maybe there is not much difference with the different mods once they are
installed, as long as they include TalkBack, I just don't know.
Finding information on this from a Blind user's perspective is a challenge.
We need some YouTube videos/audios on this.
