[vi-android] I'm excited, made the plunge!

Hello, as the subject line states, I'm excited! I made the plunge and will
be getting a Galaxy S5 this Friday. My question is the following: Upon
inserting the sim card, is the phone easy to set up? Will Talkback talk as
soon as I boot phone for the first time? Any pointers would very much be
appreciated. Thanks.
