Hello Sagar, The Note 3 is bigger at 5.7"; the S5 is only 5.2".The Note 3 has a Li-Ion 3200 mAh battery while the S 5 has a 2800 mAh battery. The LTE version of the Note 3 has the snapdragon 800 chipset; other versions only have the Samsung in-house Exynos chipset which according to lots of people is not as good as the Qualcomm. The S5 however has the slightly newer Snapdragon 801 chipset and clocks at 2.5 GHz; the Note 3 clocks at 2.3 GHz. IMO, both are great phones with the LTE version of the Note 3 being the best in that class. So it comes down to what you want, what you afford and what's available in your area.
