Hello! MacOs doesn't support in VarioUltra as a external device. That doesn't
allow to show the internal files of the VarioUltra.

Try doing command shift see from with in your finder. Next go down to your a
drive what should say something like no name then open it, and interact with
it. That file should show up, if not, try using your VoiceOver M menu and
check files otherwise, go to system preferences and this is definitely a
Matt issue, and it should be showing your files and folders properly.

Hi all,
I have copied a folder where all my files reside in the VarioUltra to a thumb
drive.
I want to do as I have in the past and copy the folder to a location on my
Mac for backup purposes. But is seems this task may be impossible to do
unless I change something on the Mac end of things. The folder definitely
exists on the thumb drive but is not listed in finder.
I suspect this started to happen after the last update of the Mac OS. It may
be that I can show certain types of files and folders and my folder will
reappear.
Any help with this is appreciated.
