[va-richmond-general] Red-necked Grebe - Swift Creek Reservoir, Chesterfield County

While kayaking Swift Creek Reservoir yesterday, I encountered a single
Red-necked Grebe. A group of 31 Common Mergansers were also present. The
grebe was a good distance out from the Genito Road pull off. Photos can be
