[va-richmond-general] Little Blue Herons

Relatively certain I have a Little Blue Heron family residing here. Size
is correct. No crown plumage.
Dark neck feathers. Young start white (yellow legs) and develop blue/grey
color over a few weeks.
Are these uncommon for this area ?
