Sunday, December 17th is another busy day for local CBC coordinators. The
Plains/Airlie circle contains some of the most beautiful agricultural land
in the Northern Piedmont along with numerous ponds and wetlands. We are
pleased to welcome interested birders of all skill levels. Novice birders
will be partnered with one of our experienced sector leaders to ensure a
great day in the field. (Our sector leaders are the real heart and soul of
the Count!) We finish the day with a tally at The Clifton
Institue/Environmental Studies on the Piedmont farmhouse in Warrenton.

that suits your schedule. You will meet great folks with similar interests.
You will learn about birds and birding the region. You will contribute to a
long term data collection utilized by ornithologists around the globe. You
might even collect some pointers on optics, apps, and books. . .and a life
bird.
