[Va-bird] Snowy and Short-eared Owls

There was a Snowy Owl in the OSV of Assateague Island National Seashore, MD on 
Friday, 12/15, but we couldn’t relocate it on Saturday. Monday, 12/18 we saw a 
Snowy Owl (at a great distance) in the marsh at Fowler Beach, Delaware. Also at 
Fowler Beach were several Short-eared Owls, Northern Harriers and a 
Rough-legged Hawk.
