A Cackling Goose was seen north of the Belle Haven picnic area. Very stubby
bill, block head and quite tiny, but easily lost among the nearly 1,000 Canada
Geese.
Also had OC warbler, Pine warbler, Baltimore Oriole and BG Gnatcatcher.
Tomorrow should be another good day for observation there.
Unfortunately, two active duck hunting bliinds at Dyke Marsh scattered
waterfowl and made observation very difficult
