Chilly and windy after the cold front finally passed. Temp:5.2 degrees C.
Wind west at 11 mph with gusts to 22. Partly cloudy.
Raptor Observations:
All Red-tails sped quickly down the west side of the ridge, a few stopping
occasionally to kite a bit before moving along. Today's count was intended
to top off the Red-tail total for the year.
