[Va-bird] Razorbills and Interesting Orange-crowned Warbler (lutescens?) at Back Bay NWR

This morning I visited Back Bay NWR after David Clark's good Razorbill count 
yesterday. I was fortunate to observe 109 heading south in the first 45 minutes 
after daybreak. Also moving south were good numbers of Red-throated Loons. All 
3 scoter species were present, as well as good numbers of Horned Grebes.

Of possible interest was one of the two Orange-crowned Warblers observed along 
the entry road to Back Bay NWR upon leaving this morning. The first individual 
(second row) was a very bright yellow below, with yellow-green eye-ring and a 
yellowish was to face and throat, a possible candidate for "lutescens(?)".
