Birders,
Purple Finches are dominating our feeders ... counted 52 on the feeders
and many more in trees waiting their turn. Not exactly complaining but
we would not be disappointed if they departed and let us concentrate on
spring migrants.
This morning at Lake Orange, we saw three Common Loons in nice plumage,
Killdeer, Tree Swallows and Northern Rough-winded Swallows.
Happy birding,
George Harris
Orange County
