The female ANHINGA is still present on Lake Maury within the Mariner's
Museum Park as of this afternoon, August 10. I found the bird in the same
location I described in my August 1 message. Today was the first time I
have seen the bird in the water, where it was diving and swimming
characteristically with its body submerged, only neck+ head above water.
