[va-bird] Juv. Buff-breasted Sandpiper and Red Knot at Back Bay NWR on 9/18

A juvenile BUFF-BREASTED SANDPIPER was seen feeding along the beach in the
company of Sanderlings on 9/18 at False Cape State Park. A juvenile RED
KNOT was seen on Back Bay NWR's beach on the same day.

The weather has been gorgeous for a trip down to Back Bay. Other species
seen on the beach included Royal Tern, Caspian Tern, Forster's Tern,
Sandwich Tern, Lesser Black-backed Gull, Great Black-backed Gull, Laughing
Gull, Ring-billed Gull, Herring Gull, Willet, Semi-palmated Plover, Osprey,
Double-crested Cormorant, and Brown Pelican.
