I found fourteen Hooded Mergansers swimming in the lake at Ben Brenman
Park (Cameron Station area off Duke Street in Alexandria) around 4:15
p.m. today. I didn't see any when I drove through on Saturday afternoon.,
so they are fairly recently arrived.
