I was very excited to find a Great-crested Flycatcher nest on one of the
boxes on my bluebird trail!!! Back in 2003 Audubon magazine had an article
on how to build a nest box (6"x6" base and a 2" hole), so I put one up in
the neighborhood park. I did not get anything using the box until now. The
nest is lined with feathers. It looks like every feather from a blue Jay was
used. The parents were nearby calling weep!
