We ran the Front Royal BBS route Saturday June 16, 2007. This route starts at
the entrance sign at the north entrance of the park and runs to just south of
Elk Wallow Wayside.
We had good numbers of both Cuckoos, and warblers and added the following new
birds to the list, Eastern Screech Owl, Wood Duck and Yellow breasted Chat.
One of the other highlights of the day was watching an adult Peregrine from
Stony Man Mountain.
