Hi all, I have the moderator's permission to ask those of you familiar with
the Elizabeth River in SE VA if any of you knows a good location where I
could take some photos of the river. I would be doing this for the
conservation org. Elizabeth River Project (https://elizabethriver.org).
They are spearheading the historic cleanup of this river which among other
things is restoring bird populations to the area. I need to take some
riverscapes (no buildings--just the river, shore, trees etc.). I understand
that that there are nice spots along the Lafayette River. I need to find a
good location along the main stem, the Lafayette, or any of the branches.
If you have any suggestions, I would love to know. Best, Dave Gibson,
