Our group of six birder tallied 38 species for the Christmas Bird Count in the
Park. The most cooperative bird of the day was the Cooper's hawk. Notably
missing this morning were the eagles - all was quiet on Conn Island. All
birders are welcome to join this regular Sunday walk that meets at 8:00am in
