Ring-billed Gulls (one of them, a juvenile is so large, with a white patch
on his tail, that he resembles a Bald Eagle from a distance).

A quick late-morning visit to Burke Lake yielded:
Common Loon - 3
Double-crested Cormorant ~ 15
Osprey
Chimney Swift - 4
Purple Martin - 2 cruising over the lake, and another dozen or so at the
martin house on the edge of the golf course.
N. Rough-winged Swallow
Tree Swallow - 12
Barn Swallow - 3
Yellow-rumped Warbler
Pine Warbler
