Birders,
This afternoon's seabird watch on Island 1 was very slow. Not surprisingly
Tropical Terns and Tubenoses were not in attendance. However, one Black Tern
in basic plumage was found by Brian Sullivan and also seen by Brian
Zvolanek. Good numbers of Sandwich Tern were seen, along with Common,
Forster's and Royal. Several Osprey and Oystercatcher were seen flying
between islands.
