Wind back and forth, SE to N to NNW, back to N before settling down to SE
1-5 km/m by afternoon hours.

Cloud Cover: partly cloudy increasing to overcast;
Raptor Observations:
Ophelia spinning off the NC outer banks is pushing in hot, humid tropical
air. Lack of winds, increasing cloud cover and high humidity does not
equal good flights. It was a very slow day.
Non-raptor Observations:
Palm Warblers have returned.
Cape May Warbler - 1st year female;
Monarch Butterfly - 13
