[v-webmail] Re: Cannot log in to e-mail server

I would volunteer to setup a PHPForum board for V-Webmail if that would
help the V-Webmail user community.
Regarding the V-Webmail errors. I never once get an error message in
either the logs directory for v-webmail or in the apache log files.
I was able to login to the imap server. I know this because I put some
debug fail type lines of code in the PHP to show if login authentication
was failing.
After the login the user would be redirected back to the login.php page
instead of going to the folder view/inbox page.
What ended up "fixing" this behavior was to roll back to older versions
of both Apache and PHP.
