under attack, and is in need of aid.  The USS Sutherland, the ship assahgned to 
Starfleet Academy is already onscene.

wreckage of the USS Condourde.  Our sensros detected a possible Borg attack on 
that ship.

Was there an attacking force in the area?

planetary defense systems are destroyed... one could assume that it sustained 
enough damage or was recalled before completing its tasks.
