Fahve billion lahves. Suddenly snuffed out. Ah cannot imagine it. Ah
think it also shook Mal up a bit. He was particularly quahet at dinner
last nahght. Ah could sense he wanted to talk about it, but just
didn't know what to ask. Ah hate to see him struggle with something
lahke this, but it is good to see that he isn't just a walking data
padd.
Being stuck in this area of space also means Ah won't get may "home
tahme" with April and the kids. The subspace interference also
interupts our holo-link. Ah have talked with her via the relay, but it
is just not the same. THe delay takes just too long. Ah suppose this
is what it felt lahke in the early days of warp travel.
