Log, Stardate 60448.17:
It has been a full day that we have been underway to the debris field
of what mah scahence officers rell me was once a planet with Fahve
billion people on it. We are forced to use impulse power only as this
area of space is saturated with so much radiotion that it effects
subspace. We cannot even get a quick communication with Starfleet. We
have to fo thru a relay at the edge of the radiated area. Ah seem to
remember the Enterprahse, under the command of James T. Kirk, reporting
a similar situation, and have looked through the old dara, but there is
no clear explanation for what exactly was the cause. Ah keep running
across "Access Denahed."
In another day and a half we will be at the center of the radiation.
Hopefully we will fahnd out what has caused it.
