[uae] how to deactivate joyport1?

I ran into a problem with the new uae. The old one ( 8.27-RC2 ) allowed
joyport1 to be joy1, even if there wasn't one. Effectively a noop. But now,
it forces me to pick one of the other modes. But I want the numpad, cursor and
keyboard to behave normally. Could we add a "none" mode to joyport1?
Or perhaps there is a way around this, any ideas?
