[typeabilitybeta] Two problems with lesson 2

To reproduce:
1. Complete all tasks within lesson 2.
2. Typeability speaks the joke, then gives an option summary then
summarises it as expected.
3. Within the final options summary, there are two problems:
A. Missing word. Typeability says "press F2 to go the next lesson"
whereas it should say "to go to the next lesson".
David, localising the product for UK English is a discussion I would
like to have with you separately if possible. But I don't think that is
an American expression and is a genuine error.
B. At the end of the summary, Typeability says "percent 1".
