[typeabilitybeta] Missing statement, lesson 2

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load lesson 2 and work through it.
2. Note that each time a new letter is introduced, an equivalent name is
spoken,  such as L as in Laura.  
3. When Task 9 is reached, introducing the user to the letter A,
Typeability should refer to a name beginning with that letter.  Later in
the lesson, the name Amis is used, but that name is not used to
introduce the letter A itself.
