Testers,
I am going to have to backtrack on my estimate on why Scott failed. I said I'm 99% sure that he was running JAWS 10. I'm revising that to be what Brian surmized. Scott is either running JAWS 10, or is set to lap top mode. I need to know ASAP.

Subject: [typeabilitybeta] Australian TypeAbility bug is only a JAWS 10 bug

Testers,

I just fixed the bug with JAWS 10 that was causing failures with all tasks involving capital letters. It was not a JAWS 10 bug as I had reported earlier. It was a TypeAbility bug. It all relates to the fact that JAWS 10 is a 2 digit Version number, and TypeAbility did not account for that in its logic. Same problem we had in the installer.

Now, in scoping out this problem, I can say with 99% confidence, that Scott's problem was not happening in JAWS 9, but JAWS 10. So, Scott, please check your JAWS version, and once again let me know if you are failing in JAWS 9. If so, send me a debug report as described in the prvious e-mail.
Thanks,
David
