Everyone,
A few reminders for tonight’s meeting:
· If you still owe funds for summer camp, please bring a payment
tonight, or whatever you have worked out with Natalie
· Please have the Scouts prepared to say if they plan on attending the
Chenoweth Trails 2-night campout two weekends from now (May 19 – 21)
o Denham wants to be one of the two grub masters, we will need one more
· I’m going Saturday morning as a pre-camping tour, to check it all
out, to see all the things we can do there!
Please remind your Scout to get into the habit of bringing their Scout
handbooks and any inserts we have given them for the handbook, so we can keep
the books signed off and current.
To help the Scouts remember important meeting items and ‘to dos’, I have
provided plastic notebook folders, pens, and mini writing pads that fit in
their pockets in the Scout closet that is down the hall in the Sunday School
room hallway. They are welcome to get more as they need, I keep it supplied.
Thanks!
Cyndi
